Juna Jones-Moore is passionate about collaborating with key leaders to support organizations talent acquisition and diversity, equity & inclusion strategy. With over 30+ years of experience, Juna launched her consulting firm, Intentional Talent Solutions LLC, June 2021. Juna’s experience had spanned from healthcare, mortgage banking to retail primarily focused on identifying and building bench strength to support continued organizational and leadership growth while ensuring diverse talent is well aligned with organizational needs.
Juna received her B.S. in Human Resources from Texas A&M at Commerce (formally East Texas State University); received master’s degree from the University of North Texas in Denton, TX and designated as Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) from National Diversity Council.
Juna’s roles and organizations includes: Diversity Facilitator/Consultant – Kelley Johnson Enterprises (KJE) / KERIUS; Senior Director, Talent Acquisition & Diversity – Conifer Health Solutions; Director, Talent Acquisitions & Diversity – GameStop, Inc.; Recruiting Manager – JCPenney; other leadership recruiting and AAP compliance roles with Countrywide, Sunbelt National Mortgage and Kaiser Permanente.
Juna is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), and Dallas (HR) Human Resources Chapter. Also, she’s a member and Board Secretary, North Texas Advisory Board of the Texas Diversity Council, and former Chair, Fort Worth Chapter, Texas Diversity Council. Also, very active in civic and community services with several service national organizations (Delta Sigma Theta, North Dallas Suburban Alumnae Chapter as Former Fundraising Chair, and Links, Inc., Plano North Metroplex (TX) Chapter, offices held, Chair, Educational Linkages, Financial Secretary, Vice President.
Juna has been married for 41 years to Greg, her college sweetheart, and has two adult sons, and three grandchildren. She is a member of One Community Church, Plano, TX.
