Pedro has several years in the hospitality industry and a passion for customer service. Pedro has worked as a Banquet Manager for The Joule, Renaissance Hotel, Westin Galleria, Adam’s Mark, Westin DFW Airport, and DoubleTree, just to name a few. Before Omni, he was the Director of Events and Operations for the W Victory Hotel.
Pedro has been involved in the pre-opening of three different hotels, showcasing his expertise in setting up and managing banquet operations from the ground up. He always elevates the experience for our guests, and never fails to exceed expectations. Pedro’s dedication and exceptional performance has been recognized multiple times, as he was named Manager of the quarter in 2013, 2017, and 2020. With his extensive experience and proven track record, Pedro is a valuable asset to any banquet or hotel operation.
